WHEN AND HOW YOUR ORDER REACHES YOU
1. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Most of what Astromitra offers is delivered instantly and electronically. Nothing is shipped for these items.

If a report does not arrive within 30 minutes, first check your spam folder and your account's report section. If it is still missing, write to info@astromitra.com with your order reference and we will reissue it at no cost.
2. PUJA BOOKINGS
A puja is performed on your behalf on the date agreed at the time of booking, or on the next suitable muhurat where the puja must follow a particular timing.
- You receive a booking confirmation immediately after payment.
- Where photographs or a recording of the puja are offered, they are shared within 3 working days of the puja.
- Prasad, where included in the puja you selected, is dispatched within 5 working days of the puja and follows the shipping timelines in section 3.
3. ASTROMITRA STORE — PHYSICAL ORDERS
This section covers gemstones, rudraksha, malas, bracelets, yantras and other spiritual accessories.
3.1 Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Items that require certification, energising or custom setting may take up to 7 working days before dispatch; the product page states this where it applies.
3.2 Delivery timelines

3.3 Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices displayed on product pages are exclusive of shipping unless stated otherwise.
3.4 Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Tracking usually becomes active on the courier's system within 24 hours.
3.5 Delivery address
Please check your address and contact number carefully before paying. We dispatch to the address supplied at checkout and cannot change it once the order has left our facility. Orders returned to us because the address was incomplete, incorrect or unattended can be re-dispatched at your cost.
3.6 If your order arrives damaged
Please record an unboxing video where possible and report any damage, breakage or missing item within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, to info@astromitra.com. Claims raised after 48 hours are difficult for us to settle with the courier.
4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges levied by the destination country are payable by you and are not included in the price you paid us.
- Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
- Some countries restrict the import of certain organic or mineral items. Please check your local rules before ordering; orders refused or destroyed by customs are not refundable.
